At TransElevate Life Ventures, we value your time and energy, and we prepare extensively for each session. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all services, including energy healing sessions, Akashic Records readings and clearings, property energy clearing, and any digital offerings.
1. General Policy Overview
Because our services are intuitive, energetic, and time-based, all bookings are subject to the terms below.
By scheduling a session or purchasing any service, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule a session:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session:
Eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future appointment.Cancellations made after the 24-hour window:
Not eligible for a refund.No-shows (no contact before session time):
Full fee is forfeited.
2.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment one time without penalty if done before the cancellation window.
Repeated rescheduling of more than 2 times may require a new booking or incur an additional fee.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session:
Your session may still end at the scheduled time.
Lost time due to late arrival is not refundable.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Completed Sessions
All completed sessions—including energy healing, Akashic Records readings, and property energy clearing consultations—are non-refundable.
The nature of intuitive and energetic work means outcomes cannot be guaranteed and vary for each individual.
4.2 Digital Products, Workshops, and Online Courses
All digital offerings and online content are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Technical issues will be supported to ensure proper access.
4.3 Packages or Multi-Session Bundles
Refunds are not available once the first session has been used.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the stated expiration period (12 months).
5. Property Energy Clearing Services
Because these bookings may require preparation, travel (if applicable, for commercial spaces), or energetic work in advance:
Cancellations made before 24 hours: Eligible for partial or full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours or once work has started: Non-refundable.
If conditions are unsafe or inaccessible at the location, the service may be rescheduled but is not refundable.
6. Practitioner-Initiated Cancellations
If TransElevate Life Ventures must cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances:

No additional compensation is provided.
7. Service Refusal & Early Session Termination
We reserve the right to end a session early or refuse service if a client is:
Disrespectful
Abusive
Inappropriate
Under the influence of drugs/alcohol
Violating boundaries
In these cases, no refund will be provided.
8. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or billed more than once:
